SETE Comunicação e Estratégia Ltda. (SETE Consulting and SETE Live), CNPJ 69.681.200/0001-53, based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed under this policy and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, LGPD).

What data we process

Contact by e-mail. Name, company, job title, e-mail, phone and the content of the message you send us.

Browsing the website. IP address, browser and pages visited, logged by our hosting provider to keep the website secure and running.

Clients and suppliers. Contact details of representatives and the information needed for the contract.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

Replying to enquiries and preparing proposals: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).

Performing contracts and issuing invoices: performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, V and II).

Keeping the website secure and running: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and has no forms. Our hosting provider may use technical cookies needed for security.

Who we share it with

With providers that help us operate — website hosting, e-mail, cloud storage and accounting — always under confidentiality and security obligations; with clients and partners in a project, when needed to carry it out; and with public authorities, when required by law or court order.

SETE does not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some tools store data on servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the transfer follows article 33 of the LGPD and the rules of Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD), with contractual clauses and appropriate security measures.

How long we keep it

For as long as the purpose requires and to meet legal and contractual obligations — for example, tax records for the period required by law. Business contacts with no follow-up are reviewed every 24 months, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can ask for: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent, where consent is the legal basis. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days. You may also petition Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD).

Security

We use technical and administrative measures to protect data: restricted access, strong passwords and two-factor authentication, encryption in the tools that offer it, backups and contracts with providers. If an incident may cause significant risk or harm, we notify the ANPD and the people affected, as the law requires.

Children and teenagers

This website is not directed at people under 18.
